Ok so my semi formal is coming up (im a freshy and my boyfriend is a sophomore) and i want a black little dress.. little slutty but not much…. pairing with gold shoes

i have homecoming in a few weeks and i need to know what color the guy should wear for his shirt/tie (not a tux) that would go with a black dress. there are no other colors in the dress, so what colors would look best for him?

Should they be open toe shoes or pumps? Also since its a formal what color shirt and tie should my husband wear?

I need a quite formal black dress. I am 13 but very slim and quite short. Does anyone know any well known shops that might have some? thx

Less than .00, knee (or an inch or two above tops) or floor length but preferably not calf-length.

One-shoulder is my favorite, but a halter or strapless will work too.

Other than that I’m not picky I don’t care about the material…jersey, satin, lace whateves. Full skirt, totally fitted, I’m good with both.

I like sequins But they’re not required.
